Carla began the CRI Agency in 2005, shortly after graduating from Claremont Mckenna College with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics. She chose the insurance field from familiarity through her mother, Rina Silva, who in 2017, retired from her own agency in Lawndale. Carla hopes to bring the highest level of care to her clients while expanding her operation to maximize the value being brought to each insured, household and business.

Originally from Peru, Carla is also fluent in Spanish. She was a gymnast as a child growing up, a tri-varsity high school athlete, and a collegiate Softball player. She now enjoys playing tennis in the South Bay Marine and USTA leagues. In 2018 she married her husband, a tennis professional whom she has a two year old daughter with.
